Applications to join the Honors Film Showcase Committee ARE NOW OPEN!
Apply to help organize and lead the second annual Honors Film Showcase! Honors Film Showcase Committee members collaborate to plan, curate, and execute this event, working closely with Honors students, faculty reviewers, and Honors Program staff. Students who are selected for the Honors Film Showcase Committee earn Honors Leadership, a necessary milestone for Honors Distinction.
The Honors Film Showcase is a multi-day celebration of creative work produced by Honors students. The showcase may include curated screenings, panels, Q&A sessions, and/or special events highlighting films and media projects ranging from animation and music videos to short series, documentaries, and experimental media.
Follow the below instructions to apply to be on the Film Showcase committee.
Step 1: Read the Call for Applications – Honors Film Showcase Committee document. It is important to understand the criteria that must be met in order to achieve this milestone.
Step 2: Once you familiarize yourself with the above guidelines and are sure that you can fulfill the criteria, submit your application. Applications are due by Sunday, February 15 at 5:00pm. Students selected for the position will be notified after that date.
