Get Involved and Earn Honors Distinction.
Students who show exemplary dedication to the Honors community by attending events, holding a leadership position, and participating in the annual Honors Research Conference will be awarded with Honors Distinction and receive special regalia to wear at graduation.

The Three Milestones of Honors Distinction
Honors Distinction is comprised of three milestones: Partnership, Leadership, and Scholarship.

Once you have met the requirements for all three milestones, you will be recognized as an Honors Distinction student.
Honors Partnership
Attending Honors events earns you “Honors Points.” Earn 10 Honors points to achieve Honors Partnership.
Honors Leadership
Serve your fellow Honors students in a leadership role to earn Honors Leadership.
Honors Scholarship
There is only one way to earn Honors Scholarship, and that is to present at the annual Honors Research Conference.
