Financial Literacy Town Hall

Dear Honors Students,

Over the past several years, Honors students have expressed a desire to learn more about personal finances. We heard you, and we are taking action! Our next HSG Meeting will include a special guest from the economics department to lead a Financial Literacy Town Hall.

The Honors Program is developing a financial literacy program to help students make the most out of their money,  BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!  What do you want to learn about?  Budgeting?  Taxes?  401ks?  Let us know at the HSG Financial Literacy Townhall Q&A!

When: Friday, March 1 from 1:00-2:30pm

Where: Levan 100 & Zoom

No RSVP required! All Honors students are welcome.

Whether you are a freshman wondering how to budget for meals amid inflation and prepare taxes for your part-time job, or a graduating senior preparing to pay back your student loans and open a retirement fund with your first job, this financial literacy Q & A with Econ Professor Dr. Mondschean is for you!

No RSVP is required. Join us in person or on Zoom. Students earn 1 Honors Point for attending.
