From the Kitchen: Chicken Fajitas

You know that feeling of being in a restaurant and seeing a smoking pan of chicken fajitas brought to a table leaving everyone else to stop whatever they’re doing to face the direction of the sizzling plate? Personally, I’ve never wanted that attention brought onto me in a restaurant, so I opt into making chicken fajitas at home.

Ingredients:
-2tbs of white vinegar
-2tbs of vegetable oil
-2 bell peppers
-1 red onion
-1-2 chicken breasts
-sprinkle of cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Put into a ziploc bag.
  2. Cut the veggies into long strips. Put it into a different ziploc bag.
  3. Combine the vinegar, oil, and seasonings and pour half into the chicken bag and half
    into the veggie bag.
  4. Put the bags into the fridge and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a pan, cook down the veggies until tender.
  6. In a separate pan, cook chicken until fully cooked through. Combine the two pans once
    everything is cooked.
