Art A-Bloom: The Gallery of Guidance

“The Gallery of Guidance” by Morgan A. Mucha

The royals gather in a garden full of ecstasy
Let luck guide my visit tonight
The marks of a brush pushing against my flesh
Disposing of all longing
Everything comes to life
Proposals of their name as dawn transforms to dusk
The angel has fallen once more
A young girl reaching for the sleeve of her beloved
All goes away as I reach a new room
Full of grace and shades of Renaissance
Tremendous attire paired with the quaintest of lace
Shifting around the ballroom
The one forbidden beauty
Calvary within the stables of the splotches
History wrapped with the nightmares of rejection
Brightening emotion turning dismal
The history not shown
Gratuitous wars
Fatal plagues
It’s simply a reflection
A possible premonition to be fulfilled
The works will escape my mind
As luck guides my visit tonight
Deciphering its way throughout the city
As I walk out of the gallery to reality
And realize this is not it
