This year’s annual celebration of innovation at DePaul will bring the DePaul community together to reimagine, refresh, and revitalize your research and creative activities, teaching, and/or department.
The Innovation Showcase is an opportunity to explore innovative and creative products, services, and solutions developed by DePaul faculty, staff, and students. The Planning Committee is seeking presenters who will demonstrate how their creative innovations are meeting industry and societal needs during Innovation Day, on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 8:30 – 4:30. This will be done in an open forum in which attendees can visit a variety of innovation “booths”. If you are interested in showcasing your work, please complete the brief application here no later than November 15, 2024.

Some examples include, but are not limited to:
– Multi-modal projects
– Visual art
– Engineering projects
– Cinematic productions/videos
– Virtual and augmented reality demonstration
– Music productions
– Poster display of research projects or other innovative work
Participants will be required to set up their display between 7:45 – 8:30 a.m., prior to the Opening Remarks. The Showcase will run from 3:20 – 4:30 p.m. Please note, space is limited. Applicants will be notified by January 8, 2025 if their project has been selected. The organizing committee can provide assistance in printing posters and Showcase setup support.
